Project Manager

Tia is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Manager at Trax, a cloud-based platform for building codes and standards. With a background in technical leadership at digital agencies across Canada, she has led projects for clients including OpenSpace, Accela, and Paterson Group, as well as municipalities like Downtown Orangeville, the Kawarthas, and the City of Cornwall.

Tia brings a people-first approach to project delivery, working closely with Trax clients to ensure outcomes are thoughtful, precise, and aligned with their goals. Her combined experience in web development and human resources management gives her a unique ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, accessible communication for all stakeholders.

Beyond her work at Trax, Tia runs a Canadian fashion style guide and has contributed to publications such as Today’s Parent, using her voice to spotlight the country’s creative industries. She is passionate about supporting local talent and strengthening the Canadian economy.
