Request removal of your account

Trax Codes allows you to remove your account and all the data associate with it, simply navigate to Your Profile | Trax Codes, however if you refer Trax Support to do it for you, please fill out the form below, and Trax Support staff will be in touch with you to verify your identity and to delete your account on your behalf.
