Director of Strategic Alliances

Ellen Hlozan is the Director of Strategic Alliances at Trax. Ellen builds partnerships across industry and government to accelerate Trax' mission of consolidating & untangling regulatory requirements with AI. Prior to Trax, Ellen was a Research Collaboration Manager at Autodesk Research building partnerships that enabled practical testing of research in real world scenarios.

Her professional experience also includes managing a community of over 150 global start-ups and industry customers, developing customized programs and experiences to accelerate their R&D projects in construction & manufacturing.

As a certified facilitator for advanced design-thinking (LUMA) and certified foresight practitioner (IFTF), Ellen enables collaborators to speak the same language and focus on the right problems using targeted facilitation techniques.

Ellen has a B.A. from York University and a Masters degree from the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto centered in critical analysis. She has also volunteered her time with WIN: Women in Innovation as Global Partnerships Lead, a non-profit dedicated to closing the gender gap in innovation.
